We will take all reasonable steps to ensure, to the fullest extent possible, that our agents and service providers are aware of our and their respective obligations under this Privacy Policy. The purpose for which we may collect and use your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:

We will collect personal information from you generally through our website or through other means such as through our forms which we may provide from time to time. Cookies may be used on some areas of our website. A cookie is generated by a software application on a website's server, which enables it to improve your navigational experience through customisation enabled by tracking your navigation through a small text file on your hard drive. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information that we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up to date.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we collect is protected from loss and misuse and from unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. If we no longer require personal information for any of the purposes for which it may legally be used or disclosed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.
ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION WE HOLD
You can access your personal information upon making a request. However, there are occasions when this access may be denied under the exemptions contained in the Act. If you establish that information held is not accurate, complete or up to date, then we will take reasonable steps to correct the information. Should you wish to access your personal information, please direct your request to our Privacy Officer. A reasonable charge may apply to gain access to information. You will be advised of any charges that may apply when you make a written request. You may be required to provide suitable identification to enable us to protect the security and privacy of your personal information.
